Cancellation & Substitution Policy:

Please note that all 2020 registration fees are subject to the cancellation & refund conditions below:

CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION & REFUND POLICY

• With Notification by April 30, 2020 - A refund will be granted less a $150.00 CAD plus tax administration fee per registration.
• Notification received after April 30, 2020 is 100% non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed and issued no later than 30 days post-conference.
• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by clicking on the “Edit/Change Registration” link within your confirmation email until June 5, 2020.

All requests for cancellation of registration must be received in writing to: info@bioeconomyconference.com by April 30, 2020.
